2. Our economy is week, and so we need tax cuts.
3. Bush's tax cuts helped those with kids.

1. Tax cuts stimulate the economy, but some times you want to slow down the economy, if it is overheated, and causing inflation problems. Sure, you can use tax cuts to stimulate the economy, but when you are in debt, you should not use tax cuts that are fighting your monetary policy. For instance, you need to lower interest rates first, when you are in debt, and then you need to decide which is worse... federal debt or taxes.
2. Bush's tax helped the middle class.
